Memorial to the prison reformer John Howard (1726-1790) who died of typhus in Kherson. The memorial is an obelisk inside a circle and looks abandoned with the grass growing freely in and around the circle. The gate entrance into the circle is closed (not a problem cause the circular fence is not high).
