Church of St. Mary

An 80-meter-high tower is all that remains of the Church of St Mary (Marienkirche), built starting in the first half of the 13th century. The Brick Gothic church suffered heavy damage in World War II, and was deliberately destroyed in 1960 under the East German Communist government.
