A nice park. It's good to get away from the city sometimes. This park isn't huge, but it's large enough to escape the sounds of traffic and commune with the squirrels. As well as many covered picnic areas, it has a children's play structure and two volleyball courts. Finally, tax dollars at work that I can enjoy.

Helen S. Howarth Park is a 60-acre park administered by the Parks Division of the Public Work Department of the city of Pinellas Park. The park has several amenities to mention some:

- Little league ball fields
- Senior Baseball field
- 12 racket courts
- 2 volleyball courts
- 7 picnic pavilions with picnic tables (no reservation required).
