Former WWII-era Naval outlying landing field and raceway. Cotati was a 1.9-mile (or could be configured for 2.5-mile) airport track. It opened in 1957 and closed in 1972. Steve McQueen raced here, as well as practiced the infamous "Bullitt" chase scene with legendary stunt driver Bill Hickman.
