  • It has 150 Flat in 3 buildings situated near Mirpur Cricket stadium , Dhaka, Bangladesh. The construction was completed in 2007 . ---Opu 25-07-215
  • In Dhaka there are many Rupayan apartments except Rupayan palace and most of them i visited its cool & finished gorgeous finishing (at least their company name where wrote, example RUP-ELEGEN) but in Rupayan palace where their ARTISTIC mind went away,although I am an honer of I -7 (ONE OF MY APmnts) name RAJIV , I am very shocked. Security department is as secured that you will have to always loaded your personal licensed whatever you got. Every week at least 3/4 time there will unknown visitors comes to visit you but your security system will let you know very few times. I mean intercom.( FOR AUTHORITY -Rajiv Chowdhury, My FLAT : I - 7, intercom 337, personal phone 01817146960,/01700683371) giving details if anybody thinks any one can write but have heart then add details.So. In here I am not depending on their security,means my own responsibilities and suggest other who live here be always careful and don't take a little irresponsible for you & your be loving family members. If any wants to argue then my details are available but if you get no respond then threw an sms. Because usually I don't receive calls from unknown numbers. But write "RUPAYAN PALACE" and send sms. I will definitely call back when I be free.
