Constructed in 1910 by the architect N. I. Zherikhov for part of the boys' high school of A. E. Flerov

It is interesting to note that on the second floor of the building there is a sculptural frieze rather similar in style to a frieze of the house № 4 in Plotnikov Pereulok which was designed by the same architect.
