292-foot, 24-story postmodern residential building completed in 2006. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is clad in orange brick and beige pre-cast stone. The ground floor is stone, with a high, black granite water table. The central entrance has a revolving door next to a traditional glass door, with windows on the opposite side. An angled, green metal canopy covers the entrance, and the piers around it have geometric paneling and wall sconces. The east end of the ground floor has a large window and a service door, and the west end has a small storefront entrance with glass double-doors adjoining a window. This entrance leads to the Halevy Life Fitness Center in the basement level.

Above the ground floor the end bays are slightly recessed and clad in orange brick, with double-windows with transoms. The middle section, clad in stone blocks, has a center bay of single-windows and two other bays of larger windows with panes of differing sizes and shapes (except for the 2nd floor, which has three single-windows). Black metal air-conditioning vents are incorporated into the lower middle panes of these bays, and there are also vents below the windows of the end bays.

There is a prominent setback above the 9th floor, creating a landscaped terrace. At the top floors, the middle-section bays around the center single-windows have double-windows with transoms like those at the end bays, which are still recessed. The west elevation is clad in brick with no openings except for one near the roof line. The east elevation is also brick with no openings. The rear, south-facing facade has a setback above the 9th floor. The lower floors have wide, projecting balconies across the middle bays and those above the setback have slightly rounded balconies, partially recessed, with the curved edge projecting out. The end bays have double-windows. There is another setback above the 22nd floor; from this level a tall mechanical penthouse rises up above the roof line, clad in orange brick on the east and west sides, and stone on the north and south.

The building contains 38 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Corepower Yoga.
