Former St. Mary's Convent, designed by Henry M. Congdon. The resplendent Saint Scholastica Chapel was executed by Sister Mary Veronica (born Ella Sallie McCullough). McCullough, an outstanding ecclesiastical painter, painted the chapel with large calligraphic murals with the names of Catholic Saints and religious iconography.

It is now adaptively reused as part of a hotel.
