Interlocking along the ex-PRR Main Line, now known as the Amtrak Keystone Corridor. East end of the Lancaster station complex. Full crossover and Junction between the Keystone Corridor and the Norfolk Southern Columbia freight branch, also the west end of the Lancaster station complex.

Once a sprawling interlocking, it was chopped up into three separate interlockings in 2009 when the line was re-signaled and realigned through the station.
