Corrib Road park or known more commonly as "Sunshine Park" because despite being in the middle of a well built up housing estate it can receive sunshine throughout the day in the entire park.
There was a beatiful and very old tree in the very centre, vandalsied and cut down by drug addicts in the late 1990's in protest of the park being locked at night.
