McPeek's Dodge of Anaheim was founded in 1961 by the late H.L. McPeek.
Originally the company started as a Plymouth only franchise.
Shortly after its founding, the corporation added the Chrysler nameplate and moved up the street from its original location to its current location.
In August of 1995 as part of Chrysler Corporation's franchise consolidation project (project 2000), the corporation sold off its Chrysler Plymouth Franchise, and acquired its current franchise of Dodge.
