  • These are not barracks. This complex contains most of the bases administratve functions/offices. The old base pesonnel office that was located on this site was wiped out by typhoon Pamela (1976) and this complex built on the site. I remember the old one where I processed in during a "bulletshot" TDY (1972/73). The old one was wood and kind of rickety
