Founded by the Felician Sisters from Saint Stanislaus church in 1895. At its peak it housed over 400 children, but by the late 1970s and early 1980s admittance dwindled. The home ceased operations in 1983. Because of fires in 1989 and in 1992, the building complex was demolished, leaving only a single, small building.
