I think that it's a RC flying club strip. Look at the size of it in relation to the road.

I was wondering what could possibly land on such a short landing strip, besides helicopters and VSTOL jets! Also, I realize there's two big Xs on each end of the runway, which means no full-size aircraft should land on it.
