  This park has nice playground equipment for younger and older children, picnic tables, grills, two shaded ramadas, a bathroom, and a pond. The pond has ducks, little sun fish, and little catfish. Bring some old bread with you to throw to the ducks and don't be too surprised to see a swarm of little catfish nibble away at the pieces the ducks miss. It's a sight to see. Bring a fishing rod and some marshmallows near evening time to catch a little catfish on almost every cast. They aren't really worth keeping, since they're so small, but they are very fun to catch and throw back. Bring a child to make an evening of catching his/her first fish while grilling and having a picnic dinner. It'll make your night and it'll make his or her whole week. :)
