SM City San Lazaro is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings by Henry Sy, Sr. It is located in Santa Cruz, Manila, this was the 2nd SM Supermall in the City of Manila after SM City Manila was opened in April 2000. This was the former site which San Lazaro Hippodrome, a horse race track sits.

Henry Sy bought the San Lazaro Hippodrome site which is 4 hectares of land space.SM City San Lazaro was opened on July 2005 by SM founder, Henry Sy, and former Manila Mayor Lito Atienza with a total floor area of 178,516 sq.m.
