  • Soon to be a P1.5B SM Novaliches mall. I'm not kidding! It will rise on this 5-hectare lot.
  • www.sminvestments.com SM Prime eyes 3rd QC mall Monday, 14 July 2008 18:57 SM Prime Holdings Inc. SM Prime Holdings Inc. will build a P1.5-billion shopping mall on the five-hectare camping site of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, right in front of ABC-5 or the Associated Broadcasting Co. in San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. SM Investments Corp. chief finance officer Jose Sio said the company recently purchased property. He said the company was finalizing the design of the mall and planned to start construction by next year. SM Novaliches mall will be SM Prime’s third in Quezon City, after SM North Edsa and SM Fairview, and the 14th in Metro Manila. SM is still aggressively expanding its operations in the country despite the expected slowdown in the domestic economy. The company earlier said that it planned to spend P33 billion over the next five years for the construction of new and expansion of existing malls. SM Prime this year is spending P6 billion in capital expenditure as it plans to open three shopping malls, namely SM Rosales, SM Baliuag and SM Marikina. SM Prime is also looking to construct three to four malls in China over the next five years.
  • di magkakaron ng SM jan......baka HYPERMARKET lang siguro....hindi SM mall.....?
  • I think their plan is to build a SUPERMARKET, not the SM city instead.. If I'm wrong, if they build a SM city mall,, please, don't continue it.. everyday is causing traffic there at novaliches.. If you continue that, not only twice the traffic, but trice the traffic!! please make sense of it.. and that place, the GSP park, is native for the schools.. And one more thing, quirino highway is not a super highway, it's just a normal highway, not that wide as super highway.. Please,, for the last time,, everyone is begging you, dont continue the plan.. just leave it.. That park is very important.. We hope you understand.. Thank you..
  • wont Josefa Llanes Escoda (founder of the GSP) nor Concencion R. Gonzales (whom the facility was named after) turn on their graves knowing this facility will be changed into a Mall?
  • This is a new mall of SM under construction. And everyone is right, Novaliches area passing thru Quirino Highway will be congested once this shoppng mall is completed. I hope SM will made Public Utility Vehicle Terminal right inside this mall similar with SM North Edsa. Otherwise, you bet what I am thinking. =) TRAFFIC JAMS!!!
  • SM CITY NOVA-- well done!!!! i live in RH2 so i'll just cross the street and voila. hoping there will be no traffic congestions :-) if only public transports and private ones too have their designated stops .. MAYBE :-I
  • we need coffee shops built here. -.-
  • There is no heavy traffic jams happening here, as the SM management had allocated a two lane service road in front of the mall's own land, that serves as a loading and unloading zone for the public utility vehicle. There is also a wide area in front of the mall for the parking. So the Quirino Highway (road lane on both sides) are not affected by the traffic jam. The traffic still flow continuously smooth.
  • Hope they put up starbucks in SM Novaliches.. I wish.. :(
