  • Sirs, The place is correctly named. This particular village is still under developed. Both the Government and the people of this sleeppy village are to be blamed for the neglect of this area. Although, they are innocent and loving people, they don'nt want any development in their area that is why the roads are in a bad condition. No drinking water available to the poor and down trodden people. No water tank in the village. Even the MLA of the area rarely appear in this village.
  • The above words are 100% correct. I am very proud of My schooli.e.,AKNMMA Memorial High School and the Shri Pariyanampatta temple. I can't able to forget my school and my childhood in my school life. In this village Just like a doll in the politicians. Also There is not a water Tank, Not a good road....., If I now I am so far from Kattukulam, then also I remember my village.
  • Hey, I am Gunasekharan Nair. I too studied in this School and passed-out my SSLC in 1980-81 Batch. I am settled in Hyderabad and I regularly visit my Birth Place. I miss Pariyanampatta Pooram every year (February 19th) but I always ensure my presence for KALIKAVU Pooram (On Kumbham 23rd) coz. the Kizhakkan Kudhira on Cheriyarattu Day (Pathinettam Nazhika Samayathil) starts from our place. I Miss all my Class mates and friends... I believe I remember even Sree latha, Padamthodi.... I used to walk from Thalayennakkadu to Sreekrishnapuram for my Typing & Shorthand Course those days via Irattakkulam daily up and down. My contact Number is 099857-55747.
