5-story modernist art gallery building completed in 2020. Designed by Selldorf Architects, it is clad in small blocks of dark-grey concrete. At the center of the ground floor there is lighter grey zinc paneling, with a garage door and a tall set of black metal-framed glass double-doors. To the west is a recessed bay with four tall windows, and at each end is a black metal service door.

The 2nd-4th floors have a single-window near the east end, with a five more grouped together to the right on the 3rd & 4th floors, and a a wide window band with seven panes at the 2nd floor. The top floor has a large, square window at the west end.
