  • An oddity in Bucharest, as it was built during the former communist regime, when the standard was to build 9 and 10 stories only. Only a few such tall housing blocks were built with many cautions, for fear of earthquakes; suites are larger than the standard of the time. Another one is at the crossroads to the west. Also, modern office towers in Bucharest are way larger that these towers.
