Was a village on the northern edge of Merritt Island. It was annexed into the CDP of Merritt Island, Canaveral National Seashore, JFK Space Center, and Merritt Island NWR.
This place is used in atlas', and used on signs along Kennedy Parkway. It borders Volusia County, and one of the 2 places that borders that county, the other one being Scottsmoor, across the Indian River.
