6-story residential building originally completed as a 3-story Greek-revival townhouse in the 1850s, identical to the house next door at No. 318. In 2019 it was rebuilt with new floors added and reconfigured as a 4-family townhouse. The new facade has a 2-story white stone base, with the ground floor set a little below sidewalk level, behind black metal fencing. The upper floors are red brick. All three of the window bays have double-windows with bronze-colored framing, and separate horizontal upper panes.
