Seawatch area is closed to the public. As of February 15, 2019, 1:00pm the Seawatch subdivision area is closed to the public. a State of Local Emergency was declared and an Evacuation Order was issued for Seawatch Neighbourhood. The reason is was closed is because of sinkholes. It's easy to get inside of it and it's not really dangerous. the ground hasnt sunken or collapsed when I was there.
