5-story Second Empire-style residential building completed in 1865 as a townhouse. It is clad in brownstone, painted a warm light-brown color. The base has been radically altered with a storefront on the ground floor (with a plate-glass show-window and a glass door on the right side, down a few steps from the sidewalk), and a residential entrance on the left, also with a glass door down a few steps.
The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, taller at the 2nd floor. The slate mansard roof survives at the attic floor, with a pair of dormer windows with curved lintels. The ground floor is occupied by a nail salon.
