615-foot, 36-story postmodern office building completed in 1989. Designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates, the building's continuous helix design, culminating in a chimney-like extension, was caused by the New York City Building Code, which requires setbacks. The spiraling shape is clad in a curtain wall of reflective glass windows and grey glass spandrels. Each bay has two window panes, except for the end bays, some of which are narrower or wider, depending on the floor level.

The spiraling setbacks begin at the north end of the west facade, at the 4th floor, and progressing counter-clockwise up and around the tower. The building narrows slightly with each ascending setback, each of which has a sloped glass roof; there are three jumps in line along each facade at each revolution of the spiral.

The ground floor is clad in polished grey granite, with the main entrance at the center of the east facade on 7th Avenue. It has a glass wall and glass doors recessed between angled side walls and is topped by an enormous, shiny steel panel with "750' in giant numerals. There are four slightly-recessed glass storefront bays to the south (with a subway entrance in the southernmost bay), and three more to the north, with a fourth, narrower bay at the north end. Large billboards cover the 2nd & 3rd floors on either side of the metal panel above the entrance; the north billboard extends onto the neighboring building's facade as well. The center of the south facade on 49th Street has a wide loading dock; to the left are three bays, with stainless-steel service doors in the closest, and storefronts in the other two. To the right are two service bays, with the subway entrance at the east end. Above the loading dock the 2nd-4th floors have black metal vents in place of windows, and to either side of these are two large signs slightly angled outward. The ground floor on the west facade on Broadway spans 10 bays, with glass-and-metal storefronts. A wide, 2-story billboard spans most of the 3rd-4th floors.

The top three floors of the tower on the north, east, and south sides have a steeply-sloped steel mansard with narrow, horizontal ribs, ending in a flat roof. At the southwest corner, the 4-sides spire extends up into the sky, clad in the same ribbed metal as the mansard areas, narrowing towards the peak and ending in a small flat top.

The ground floor is occupied by Caroline's on Broadway comedy club, Junior's Restaurant and Bakery, a Starbucks coffee, Martinique jewelry, Pandora jewelry, and a Verizon Mobile store.
