6-story residential building completed in 1900. The facade is clad in limestone, with white quoins at the edges on the upper floors. The ground floor has round-arched entrances at both ends, with glass doors and fanlights; the east entrance is to the upper floors, and the west one accesses the ground-floor commercial space. In between there are two wider round-arched windows.

The upper floors have six bays of narrow double-windows (and upper transom panes) with white aluminum framing. Each window bay is fronted by a white wrought-iron Juliet balcony with decorative railings. The 5th floor terminates in a white stone cornice at the western four bays, with only two bays extending to the smaller 6th floor, which has its own roof cornice.

The building was converted from purely commercial use to residential use by architect George Schwartz in 2008, and has 11 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Frida Midtown restaurant.
