Panda Express is "Chinese" food that is made very fast. It is a big chain restaurant that has food such as Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, etc. etc. Hmm, they pay quite decently for starting out... It's one of the many new chained stores and restaurants that are going in this small, but busy city.
