Cemetery Island

Notable island on Lake Hartwell. On the west side of the island you will find a small cemetery containing the graves of a Revolutionary War veteran and other 19-century folks. An interesting visit.

  • If you look at the island as a figure 8 leaning to the left, the cemetary is near the center of the upper loop. Beware of HooDoo.
