200-foot, 18-story modernist office building completed in 1974. Designed by Liebman & Liebman Architects, it is clad in a curtain wall of glass and black metal, except for the southern sections that abut the adjoining tower, which are clad in beige brick. The building's massing consists of a 6-story base, angled to follow Broadway, from which rises the set-back upper tower portion.

The main entrance is at the south end on Broadway, with three bronze-framed glass doors (along with a service door) set in a recessed niche surrounded by warm-colored stone. The rest of the ground floor is lined with metal-and-glass commercial space, and plain black metal panels at the west end of the north facade. The ground floor is occupied by a TD Bank branch.
