The locality of Sopovo is located near the village of Stoyanovo, Montana Region. The Botunya River passes through the area, and an iron bridge called the Miracle of Northwest Bulgaria was built over it in the 19th century. The area is not very well known, perhaps because it is difficult to access. In it, you can see interesting deep holes, which, according to the claims, were used as hibernation lairs for the samodivas.
