Darby is a station along the SEPTA R2 and Amtrak's Northeast Corridor in Pennsylvania. Amtrak does not stop here, only served by SEPTA. The station is located at 4th & Colwyn Streets, Darby, PA 19023. It serves the R2 Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail Line.

Darby is the first stop for the R2 Wilmington/Newark line outside of the Philadelphia city limits. As such, it is signed as a "Zone 2" fare division station, along with the Curtis Park, Sharon Hill, Folcroft, Glenolden, Norwood, and Prospect Park stations.
