520-foot. 48-story modernist hotel completed in 2021. Designed by Berg + Moss, it is clad in glass and metal. The spandrels between floors are silver, and the metal panels between each window are pale-green, arranged in an orderly grid. The tower is set on a 6-story podium with a glass curtain wall. The ground floor is recessed, except for two garage door bays at the east end. The recessed wall is almost entirely glass, covered by a frosted glass canopy that extends out past the building line.

The tower is set back from the podium, with the center section of the south facade slightly projecting from the rest up to the 18th floor.
The northern elevation has fewer windows due to the location of the concrete core on this side of the tower. Near the top there are two cascading setbacks at the southeast corner.

The podium houses a parking garage, as well as the lobby, amenity spaces, and a restaurant. Hotel rooms begin on the 7th floor, with the building containing 630 guest rooms.
