Formerly the warehouse and primary distribution site for the Larkin Company, 701 Seneca Street is a complex of eight different buildings which were connected into a single complex totaling around 1.3 million sq. ft.. Purchased for redevelopment in 2010, the entire facility was restored and upgraded to modern standards and now houses retail, office and distribution spaces for lease.
