mixed-used building, under construction
10-story, 1.45 million square foot Art Deco building in midtown Memphis. Built in 1927, Sears operated a department store here until 1990. After a massive renovation and restoration project, it was converted into a mixed use "vertical village" including office space, education institutions, apartments and retail space.
