The headquarters for the national Romanian telco, it stands as a symbol of technology in the archaic background of the city's center. It has been currently stripped and renovated for artistic and architectural purposes. The renovation of the building also hailed the internal restructuring of the company and orientation towards new business targets like Internet, VPN and other customer oriented services.
