Designed c. 1930 by Jules Henri de Sibour for Dewees W. Dilworth with decoration by Audrey S. Garcia with Edward Montgomery of Paris as associate. Several of the interiors had been imported antique rooms. Lorraine Manville Dresselhuys was the subsequent owner. The estate was profiled by "Town & Country" for August 1932, pgs. 27-31.

It has since been demolished.
