244-foot, 24-story modernist hotel completed in 2020. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in a blue glass curtain wall. The only part of the facade that is not glass is the mechanical section above the designated rooftop space; it has opaque white-colored metal panels. The ground floor has a wall of clear glass with steel mullions, topped by a band of grey granite and a shallow steel canopy.

The facade is slightly set back from the neighboring buildings, but the middle section protrudes outward. There is a shallow setback above the 9th floor, and some extremely shallow setbacks at the ends of the top several floors.

The hotel contains 162 guest rooms. There is a ground-floor restaurant, and a rooftop lounge.
