It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of grey granite, with a metal-and-glass storefront on the right, and an entrance on the left with a light-grey metal door with a glass pane and transom. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in black metal framing. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is capped by a simple stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Smoke City.
