5-story Italianate commercial building completed in 1872. It is clad in white-painted brick, and the ground floor has been renovated with grey granite, a metal-and-glass storefront on the right, and a recessed entrance on the left, atop two stone steps, with a glass-and-metal door. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and curved lintels. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches.
