Originally built as the private home of one of New Britain's more prominent businessmen, this house later became the home and medical office of Dr. Andrew S. Wesoly. A large portion of Dr. Wesoly's clientele consisted of New Britain's Polish citizens. Over the course of 50 years, Wesoly treated first, second and third generation Polish immigrants in the home. Today it has been subdivided into apartment units.
