Watkinson School (Hartford, Connecticut)

Established in 1881, Watkinson is a coeducational, college-preparatory independent day school for students in grades 6–13 (Transition-to-College). The school was started by David Watkinson who donated the land, Reverend Francis Goodwin and educator Henry Barnard.

The Watkinson School contains three buildings on the National Register of Historic Places.
