7-story office building completed in 1940. It is clad in brown brick on the 3rd-6th floors, with a 2-story limestone base and limestone top floor. Double-height end piers frame the base, which has grey stone infill with a black-metal-and-glass storefront at the east side of the ground floor, a glass door on the west side, and a wide band of windows across the 2nd floor. The base is capped by a beige stone cornice with modillions.

The brick upper floors have three bays of windows between slightly-projecting end piers. They have simple stone sills, and the 6th floor is topped by another stone cornice with larger modillions. The 7th floor has a double-window in the center, and an oval window at the right, flanked by Doric pilasters. Another pair of pilasters frame the east end bay, where there is no window opening. The facade is crowned by a simple cornice, and a metal railing fronts the 7th floor. The ground floor is occupied by Wolf & Lamb Steakhouse.
