1-story mercantile building originally completed as a 5-story building in the late 19th century. The top four floors were demolished in 2010, and the remaining structure was rebuilt with a new facade in 2016. It is clad in black polished granite and has a glass-and-metal storefront; the entrance in the center has glass double-doors. The building is now occupied by T.S.Q. Food Court.
