Estate home designed c. 1898 by Ehrick Kensett Rossiter (of the firm of Rossiter & Wright) for Charles Spofford. Spofford was a director of the Northern Pacific Railroad, the Milwaukee Street Railway, the North American Company, and the Crocker-Wheeler Company.

It is now adaptively reused as the Manor House Inn, a bed and breakfast.
