Historic Mid-Century Modern style house listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The house, which was built in 1953 to designs by Waterbury architect Joseph Stein, is notable for having been the home of Leroy Anderson, renowned American composer. Anderson is best known for having written the song "Sleigh Ride" in 1948.
