7-story warehouse completed in 1922. Designed by Brustus Gundlach, it is clad in red brick. There are four 2-story brick piers supporting a stone cornice across the 2nd floor and dividing the lower floors into a narrow center bay and wider end bays. The center bay has a slightly-recessed red metal door set in a black metal surround, and the 2nd floor has a small window with a thin stone surround and a green iron grille. The outer bays have garage doors with red roll-down metal gates and slightly-recessed red metal service doors at the ground floor, and trios of windows at the 2nd floor, with joined stone sills.

The upper floors also have three windows (multi-paned) in the outer bays and a smaller window in the middle bay, with brick lintels. A stone sill course underlines the 6th floor, and the facade is crowned by a wide but shallow, peaked brick pediment.
