3-story residential building completed in 1900. It is connected by a covered walkway to two buildings to the north on 20th Street, all of which are operated by Sacred Heart Residence, a temporary lodging facility for women (age 18-30 only) operated by the Congregation of San Jose de la Montana, which also houses a day nursery.

The facade is clad in light-grey brick with a grey stone water table. There are five bays of windows, wider at the end bays. They have decorative metal screens with crosses at the first two floors, and the windows are pointed-arches on the top floor. At the ground floor the east bay is replaced by the entrance, with wooden double-doors in a Neo-Gothic pointed-arch entry. The top of the facade has a modern steel cornice with thin horizontal ribs.
