"Mramornata Peshtera" (The Marble Cave) is а natural monument with Ordinance No.995 from 21.04.1971 by Ministry of Forestry and Forest Industry.
Area: 16.22 hectares.
Code in the register of protected areas and protected areas in Bulgaria: 193.
Aims of the declaration protection of cave and venerable trees of tame chestnut (Castanea sativa).

According to the register of the Bulgarian Speleological Federation, the Marble Cave (Career) is № 4282.
The marble cave is not among the most popular destinations, as it has been preserved to prevent destruction and looting and has not even been explored for the same reasons. It is famous for its marble cave formations, hence its name, the beautiful cave galleries and the animal world that lives in it undisturbed by anyone.
