6-story early-modern residential building completed in 1941. It is clad in beige and reddish-brown brick, with a white-painted stone section at the middle of the ground floor on Central Park West. The main entrance is located here, with recessed glass-and-metal double-doors below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To either side is a high-set pair of narrow windows and a small double-window, with horizontal grooves in the stone cladding between them. The brick end sections have two bays of square double-windows, with banded reddish-brown brick panels between them.

The upper floors are the same at the outer bays. The middle section has two double-windows and a very narrow window at both ends, with the same banded brick panels in between at each floor. Between the middle section and the outer bays the upper floors have recessed bays of double-windows next to narrow single-windows, with single-windows on the inward-facing sidewalls. These bays have red metal fire escapes. The roof line is marked by a white metal railing.

The south facade on 102nd Street is split into two wings by a central light well that is enclosed by an iron gate at the ground level. The west wing has two bays of narrow double-windows flanking a wider middle bay of double-windows (organized as a triple-window at the 5th floor). There are more banded brick panels between each bay. The east wing has two double-window bays flanking two small windows in the middle, also with banded brick panels in between. The rear wall of the light well has a double-window, with a single-window on the left, and a very narrow smaller window on the right. The side walls have two single-windows, and there is a red fire escape on the east-facing sidewall.

The west elevation is clad in the same beige brick and has single- and double-windows with another fire escape. The building was converted to condominiums in 1984, with 60 units.
