7-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1900. It is clad in pale orange brick above a 2-story base of banded limestone. The 6-bay facade has a central entrance at the middle two bays, with atop a 4-step stoop, with black metal-and-glass double-doors framed by fluted pilasters and covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy. All of the other bays have single-windows with stone cornices. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which has a red-brick diamond shape above each bay at the top, with smaller shapes between the bays, and is capped by a metal railing.
The building was converted to a co-op in 1986, with 28 apartments.
